Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Venom Carbon​. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Address

The address included with your order is the address shipments will be shipped to.  If shipments are returned to sender, Venom Carbon is not liable for return shipping costs.  Any refund processed due to return of shipment will be less the return shipping cost charged to Venom Carbon by the carrier. 

If incorrect address is accidentally used during checkout Venom Carbon is not liable for the shipment if order is shipped before customer contacts Venom Carbon.

Venom Carbon is not liable for any secondary shipping charges incurred after Venom Carbon ships the order. (Refer to Customs, duties, and taxes sections for more information)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All Orders placed before 8AM(EST) Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All Fabrics are Eligible for FREE shipping within the US. Expedited shipping is available and calculated, if selected, based on delivery address.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Venom Carbon​ ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.  Certain carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, if this issue occurs it will be shipped to included physical address or order will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking  

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Venom Carbon is not responsible for any customs, duties, and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Venom Carbon​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please take pictures and email Sales@VenomCarbon.com, and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to North America, South America, Central America, and Europe. (Some Countries within these regions may not be serviced. When placing an order during checkout it will verify if we ship to your address.)
